During our April 10 session, Dr. Russ Hodges had us form teams for a penny toss game. Dr. Daiek and I were on the same team.
Neither Dr. Daiek nor I are very talented when it comes to hand-eye coordination. As a result, we were able to experience what it is like for students who are stuggling with materials they don't think they can master.
With encouragement and assistance from our team, by the last round, Dr. Daiek and I were both able to get three out of four pennies in the glass. During the first round, our success rate had been zero for four.
